Description

Yellow-fleshed potato of the Lavié variety of the highest class, produced on the beach of Margherita di Savoia: a sandy territory between the sea and the salt pans. Potato of excellent quality, naturally tasty and analyzed before harvesting. A potato with a firm skin: the whole procedure from planting to harvesting up to the caliber is done by hand. Caliber greater than 55, it is also well suited for catering given its excellent yield and little waste.
